Brian B. is the president of this division and he is aware of our discussions. No one is setting up a website behind anyones back here. We are simply trying to organize some meetings, methods, tools, content to begin work on a website and/or wiki. 

When we are ready to begin publishing content to the web we will cover our bases and make sure we are permitted. As for now we are doing what any National Federation of the Blind chapter or division should do when they want to get something done. We are organizing, meeting, discussing, and working together to get it done. Literally that is exactly how a volunteer based organization operates, through its members coming together on a common goal.
