You can tell Acrobat Reader to save the file as a text. The formatting may
be lousy, but at least you can move things around using an editor with which
you are familiar.

Here you go there are two accessible versions. The first is a text file the
dates being listed in order under the date is the events. The second is a
Braille BRF file which can be sent to an embosser set to standard Braille
page size.

Let me say here that there is no reason at all to make such a thing
inaccessible. A simple text list is all that was really required.
Fortunately I have a software tool on my Mac that can extract text from PDF
files.
