Leslie:

I would recommend using JAWS Table navigation commands. Hold down the Control and Alt and use the arrow keys to navigate the table. This will not disturb the formatting and should allow you to navigate the entire table.
Hope this helps.
Jim

Subject: [NFBCS] Filling in Tables

I have to fill in the information for a couple of Word tables for an assignment in my budget and finance class. I noticed that some of the columns are spoken but not displayed in Braille, which is very annoying.
What is the easiest way to fill in a table? I know you use tab to move from column to column. How can you ensure you don't mess up the formatting? Any help would be appreciated.
