[NFBCS] Making a Windows self-extracting exe file.

Hi John.
7-zip is easy to use and can do that. If you create the directory
structure so it looks the way you want (keeping in mind that the place
you make the archive is different from the destination), you can
create a self-extracting archive.

After 7-zip has been installed, windows will have a 7-zip menu entry
inside the file dropdown. Select the add to archive option and also
check the create sfx archive. You could also use 7zip from the
command-line to do this by adding the -sfx flag.
