[NFBCS] IRC Scribing

Hello,

Can a blind individual do scribing for W3C meetings using the Internet Relay Chat (IRC) system?

I have been scribing for the MathML working group using the CryptPad editor (https://cryptpad.fr/index.html<https://cryptpad.fr/index.htmlI>). Several people can simultaneously edit a file using Markdown in CryptPad. I am quite happy with it; however, there is some interest in returning to an IRC environment like Zakim. I experimented with IRC in 2021, but I could not keep up with our meetings. Also there is no spelling or grammar checker in IRC.

Does anyone scribe with the IRC system? If so, what systems do you use?

I must have a collaborative system so that several people can edit a file simultaneously, and I really prefer a WYSIWYG editor.

Thank you for your help.

Regards
Louis Maher
