Hi Mike,
I have used Thinkpad X1 Carbon computers for 10 years now. My current
model has 32 GB of Ram, and I routinely run multiple virtual
environments on it through VMWare. I also run Firefox or Chrome with
several tabs running along with the virtual machines. My computer has 1
TB of disk space, but the model I have and newer models can be upgraded
to 2 or more TB.
I like the Thinkpads because of the keyboards. The X1 Carbon does not
have a number pad, in case that is something you need. I think some of
the T models may have number pads.
I hope this helps.
Best,
Beth
