That's what I'm not sure about. You might have to use the prompt to specify that you want the underscores to be coded as edit fields.

Alternatively, depending on your comfort with PDF documents, it might be an easier means of collecting something like signatures.

The only other thing I can think of is to keep the Word file as is and just allow people to print, scan, and send back to you after manually signing, though I realize this creates additional steps for the recipients.

I'm assuming this is a standalone document you need to use to collect a signature?
