[NFBCS] Postman alternative

Hello,

 

The phone system my company uses for our call centers has changed the way we
can pull back-end data for custom reports. They are using Data Lakehouse to
create Parquet files. However, their interface is difficult to work with, so
they suggested using Postman for the data pull. Postman's accessibility
turns out to be worse. Does anyone use a similar app that actually works?
Any advice would be appreciated.
