Hi,

Connect the device to a power source. Let it charge for about an hour to make sure there’s enough battery.

Then, hold down the power button for 20 seconds. Wait 10 seconds, and then hold the power button down for three or five seconds until you hear a reaction from the display.

If that doesn’t work, hold down F2, F3, and dots 1 through 8. Don’t include the space bar. While holding down these ten keys, briefly press the power button and keep holding the ten keys until you hear the Braille display react.

Good luck!

Joe

Hello everyone. My good friend Curtis would give you greetings and salutations. I have a braille sense sex. Preparing to go to the Washington seminar next weekend. While typing on it a.k.a. working on a document. The unit froze all the attempts to get into it using my password are failing. How can I return this to the factory state meaning how do I perform a hard reset that works. I’m a diligent computer user in this case, I do have backups. Any good suggestions? I certainly don’t want to send this back to the vendor if I can at all help it. Would appreciate some suggestions.
