[NFBCS] Wordpress Accessibility

It's very accessible. Though, compared to Drupal, it is rather cluttered. I
don't know why WordPress has never improved its menu structure, but
WordPress is quite possibly the most accessible CMS with large mainstream
community support. You can do a ton of things outside of a basic blog.
