[NFBCS] CCleaner and JAWS

Latest versions of C Cleaner for Windows (V7 and above) are just web 
page based in that you can use the Virtual PC cursor. I have used the 
NVDA equivalent for months now and it works very well. I haven't used it 
with JAWS, however I do know that C Cleaner now exposes the UI as a 
document model so I would assume now you can use the Virtual PC Cursor.
