Use H to jump to the title of the topic. Use H again to jump to the start of comments, and then use the N key to jump to the start of the next comment. Add Shift plus the relevant key to navigate backward. This is assuming you use JAWS, and these commands are while using the website. If there are more granular techniques to navigate Reddit, I don't happen to use them.
