[NFBCS] Scheduling Zoom Meetings

I schedule through Zoom, using the Meeting tab. It seems to be important to
hit enter on every field where I have a choice, like date, time, and time
zone, otherwise it may not actually take my choice.

After I've saved, I copy the invitation to the clipboard, as Curtis says.

Subject: [NFBCS] Scheduling Zoom Meetings

To continue the earlier thread, how are people scheduling Zoom meetings?
Scheduling through the website seems efficient, and I assume lets you
schedule without necessarily sharing everyone's email address? I've just
been using the meeting invite feature in Outlook, but I hesitated to lean on
that method since my guest speakers do not always want their personal email
address shown in the distro list.

I used the Outlook plugin for a brief period, but it was always glitchy for
me for some reason. Is anyone else using it successfully? This would be my
ideal method to just do everything from one application.

Is anyone using the browser extension?

Thanks in advance for any tips. Truly, I'm grateful Curtis posted about the
course, because even though I am not likely to purchase it, it really was
helpful to get this discussion started.

Very appreciative,

Joe
