I use Bitwarden as my password manager and it is very accessible on Windows, both the desktop app and the browser extensions. It is also accessible on MacOS, Linux, iOS, and Android, and it is free unlike 1Password and seems to have almost all of 1Password's features. 1Password may be slightly easier to use according to a few demos I've heard of it but Bitwarden is still very accessible.
