Asunto: Alimentos para Perros en la Convención

                 La Asociación Nacional de Usuarios de Perros Guías ha hecho arreglos con Petco a fin de tener comida para perros entregada a los hotelespara la convención del 2015 de la Federación Nacional de Ciegos .

Este

mensaje proporcionará información acerca de los detalles que tendrá que

tener para

hacer un pedido de alimentos para su perro

Tenga en cuenta que este arreglo especial es sólo para el alimento de

perro y no hay otros artículos.

Además, tenga en cuenta que el pedido

tiene que colocarse

el Jueves, 2 de julio, a más tardar. La comida se entregará el Sábado, 4 de julio, a las 10:00 am. Todos los

pedidos deben ser recogidos en los Puestos de Botones del hotel respectivo

el Martes, 7 de julio,

a más tardar a las 5:00 pm. La comida de perro

que no sea recogida para esa hora se desechará.  Si necesita otros

arreglos de

traslado, por favor notifique a Marion Gwizdala antes de las 5:00 pm.

El Jueves,  2 de Julio llamando al 813-626-2789.

                Para pedir su comida para perros, debe pre- pagar

utilizando una tarjeta MasterCard, Visa, American Express, o Discover.

Sólo los productos

y tamaños actualmente disponibles en el momento del pedido estará 
disponible.

Debe pedir su comida de

Petco para 5:00 pm. el Jueves, 2 de Julio,y el pre -pago en el momento delpedido.

Para pedir su comida para perros , por favor llame a Petco al 
407-251-4211 y pregunte por el gerente de turno. Asegúrese de

que ellos sepan que está pidiendo para la convención de la Federación

Nacional de

Ciegos.

Por favor tenga a mano la siguiente información cuando llame:

1. La marca exacta y el nombre , y el tamaño de los alimentos;

2.                   El número de su tarjeta de crédito y fecha de caducidad;

3.                   Su nombre tal como aparece en su tarjeta de crédito;

4.                   El nombre de la persona que va a recoger la comida para perros;

5.                   El hotel donde se hospedarán.

                 The National Association of Guide Dog Users has made 
arrangements with Petco to have dog food delivered to the convention 
hotels for the 2015 convention of the National Federation of the Blind. 
This message will provide information about the details you will need to 
order your dog food. Please note that this special arrangement is only 
for dog food and no other items. Also, please note that the order must 
be placed no later than Thursday, July 2 . The dog food will be 
delivered on Saturday, July 4 by 10:00 a.m. All orders must be picked up 
at the Bell Stands of the respective hotel no later than Tuesday, July 7 
at 5:00 p.m. Dog food not picked up by that time will be disposed of. If 
you need other pick-up arrangements, please notify Marion Gwizdala no 
later than 5:00 p.m. onThursday,  July 2 by calling 813-626-2789.

                 To order your dog food, you must pre-pay using a 
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover card. Only products and 
sizes currently in stock at the time of the order will be available. You 
must order your dog food from Petco by 5:00 p.m. on  Thursday July 2 and 
pre-pay at the time of the order. To order your dog food, please call 
Petco at 407-251-4211 and ask for the manager on duty. Be sure to let 
them know you are ordering for the National Federation of the Blind 
convention. Please have the following information ready when you call:

 1. The exact brand, name, & size of the food;

2.                   Your credit card number and expiration date;
3.                   Your name as it appears on your credit card;
4.                   The name of the person who will pick up the dog food;
5.                   The hotel where you will be staying.
