[Nfbf-l] Police Crackdown On Pedestrian Safety

Sherri,
    I didn't realize, either, that the pedestrian must reach the opposite 
curb before the vehicle can proceed! Tampa has the fifth highest pedestrian 
fatality rate in the nation and, according to the Tampa Police Department, 
they are cracking down, too! I will bring this article to their attention, 
as well as to the Hillsborough County sheriff's Office!
