[Nfbf-l] EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

Hello all.

First, I too, do not usually post very much, and I don't want to beat a dead
horse, but I did feel the need to throw my two sense in here. Although I
think negativity and dagger throwing is counter productive, this is truly
democracy at work, good or bad, that's what it is. But, People should not
take things that are said on these lists personally, and should not allow
their anger or hostility to interfere with what is being stated or what they
themselves would like to say. Whether anyone has a hidden agenda for their
statements or not, he or she still has the right to say them. This is what
makes the world go round!!

Second, In this case, I must say, and without knowing anyone's background or
true intentions, I, like Carlos, don't see anything wrong with what has been
stated concerning the board. If in fact, what Marion is saying is true,
then obviously steps need to be taken to correct the situation. If what he
is saying is not valid, then steps need to be taken there as well.

Just a suggestion if I may, Perhaps, since I think the main concern starting
out was concerning the minutes, after the minutes are brought current, the
powers at be might consider posting the minutes right here on the list serge
instead of the web site for easier accessibility for everyone. Some
organizations do that, an it seems to work out quite well.

Again, just my two sense, take it for what it is worth!!
