Hi Kris, 

 

You are correct that Kurt's posting was beyond the limits of propriety and
in opposition to the "no personal attacks" rule that applies to this list.
Period. However, Kurt realized this on his own and apologized for and
retracted his remarks. Although Kurt is a leader in the organization, he is
not a chapter or national division president. 

 

NFB affiliates and chapters do not normally have by-laws. They all have
constitutions, however. The NFBF's constitution, and information about it,
is posted on our website. The NFB's constitution can be found at www.nfb.org
