[Nfbf-l] Fishing License

Hello to all and Happy Holidays!

We had a member attempt to get the free fishing license which is free to all 
person's with a disability.  However, one problem: you have to have a valid 
Florida drivers license.  I know they are only 17 dollars but for some that 
is a lot they could buy food with instead.

Is this being addressed so a valid ID card can be used as well?
