[Nfbf-l] mail merge

Hello everyone,
I'm swallowing my pride and asking for help. I need to do a mail merge into a word document with an excel file as my data source and I just don't remember how to do it.
I've done them before but always forget how to do them when it comes up again because I don't do them that often. I can usually figure it out but my brain is not as young as it used to be and it's not cooperating this time.
So any help from the various techies that belong to the NFBF family would be greatly appreciated.
