Hi Holly,

I have had good luck with brand new books -- the only ones I have attempted 
to download -- saved in DAISY format on my Victor Stream. They are a little 
different,and I have noticed there is no .HTML file included as part of the 
download. I rather miss the .HTML file, but, then again, I may be the only 
one.
