Hi Holly,

No chapter that I know of has ever had bylaws, and that is because no 
chapter needs them. Each chapter does have its own constitution, which must 
conform with the affiliate's constitution and policies, and each chapter 
will have its own policies -- informal and formal, but these are rarely 
written down, except, perhaps, to be mentioned in a chapter's minutes.
