I do want to update you all on one change in the Florida list of cosponsors from the legislative alert. Congressman Crenshaw was officially added as a cosponsor of HR 734 today. Also, we believe that the Senate companion bill will be introduced next week. Please focus your calls on the Florida Representatives early next week, and I will send news on the Senate bill as soon as I have that information. Thank you all very much for your hard work. Jesse

When we were in Washington for the seminar we all worked diligently to get our representatives and senators to sign on to H R 734 - the Pedestrian Safety Enhancement Act. Please read the following e-mail from Jesse Hartle and pick up your phones on Monday morning or even over the weekend to do your best to get more co-signers. I just left a voice mail message with Congressman Wexler even though I was trying to Get John Mica's office. John Mica apparently does not have voice mail. We want to see many more senators and representatives signed on to this vitally important initiative from Florida so please do your part and please read on past my signature.
