As much as none of look forward to this procedure, it is a very necessary preventative against colon cancer. I'm not looking forward to this either when it is my turn in the next few years. Be safe, and get it over with.

I've put it off, which is not a thing I would advise. The only reason is 
that I transcribe them all the time. Yuck! Of course, I am inordinately 
nervous about the procedure, but I think this will be the year. Let me know
