[Nfbf-l] Miami-Dade Chapter Election results

Thank you, Betty and all other members of the Miami-Dade Chapter. I greatly
appreciate the warm hospitality everyone who attended the meeting. It was so
nice to see folks I have not seen for awhile an reconnect with so many good
friends. It was wonderful to see such a great turnout -- about 40 people by
my reckoning, though it could have been a bit more. 

You have elected a great board of directors, and I am sure they will
accomplish much in the years ahead. They have a great foundation, built of
the chapters past successes, to build upon. Congratulations to all those who
were elected. 

We are certainly fortunate to have this chapter as part of the National
Federation of the Blind of Florida.
