Judy,

NFB was founded in 1940 in WilkesBarre, PA.  I don't know when the Florida
affiliate was chartered, but NFB is the oldest organization formed by blind
people.  Hope this helps.

How many years has NFBF been chartered?  I am doing a proclamation for our
meet the blind event based on the model from the meet the blind packet.
There is a statement where the number of years is to be inserted.  Can
someone help me out?
