RJ I admire that you did your research and came to this conclusion, since on 
the FCB list, you previously speculated that the one-agency-fits-all model 
might be worth considering. Thank you also for including our NFBF resolution 
in your submission. I urge you to send your ideas through the NFBF leaders, 
as we will be working closely with the leaders of the FCB to hopefully 
squelch this one-agency idea.
