[Nfbf-l] chapter board position responsibilities

Hello. My chapter is going to be having elections in the next couple of months. I have had a problem with people who were elected last year not really doing much. I would like to tell people exactly what their responsibilities will be before they volunteer or accept a position. I was wondering if someone could give me some ideas of what exactly each individual is suppose to do.
