Rachel, I so appreciate your energy on this effort! Like I said before, 
please don't give up. I just think you would be better served talking with 
the members of our State board that work with new chapters to ensure they 
are set up and ran correctly! Heck, beat them up with  all your questions 
until you start  to feel comfortable! LOL! Your friend, Kirk
