Hello list members, 

 

I am checking with you to find out if anyone on this list has managed to
reserve a room for the upcoming convention at the rate of $59.00 per night.
Please let me know if you did so that we can count you as part of our hotel
bloc. This will not cause you to pay any higher rate. I just need to give
list of names and the number of nights each person will be staying  to the
hotel, so that we can fulfill our contract. . 

 

Also, for the rest of you who will be attending convention, the deadline is
close. Please reserve your room as soon as possible, if you have not already
done so. Once the hotel releases the rooms, anyone out there can reserve
rooms, and the rate could be higher, and there may night be any rooms left.
