Craig, You're an inspiration to my generation. I wish you didn't have to 
retire from DBS. I read some of the Minutes from the council meetings, and 
you were putting the agency back on track, and now... it seems as if its 
going backwards. I'm not saying Joice is a bad person, but I feel some of 
the things she's proposing are wrong. For example, The guide dog policy at 
the Orientation and adjustment center. She wants to do away with that 
policy! RJJust compare the Council minutes, and you'll see what I'm talking 
about.
