Except that I have deleted the emails in my outbox and when I send a new one 
it still happens, so I've tried that.  My present solution I suspect, unless 
someone shows me something I haven't tried yet and that the technician 
somehow missed, will be to turn off and re-boot every time I have sent 
emails until I can get around to getting a new computer.
