The National Association of Blind Veterans held it's raffle drawing on  
Friday July 8, 2011 at 1215 hours in the Wekiva 5 meeting room.  A non  
interested party drew the following winner of the $2000 prize, 
Ron Cerillo of Ormond Beach Florida is the lucky winner. You will be able
