Dear List Serve Members and Commissioners,



This will be the last Legislative Report we will be sending out as the
Governor's Commission on Disabilities and the Clearinghouse on Disability
Information has been eliminated by the Legislature and by the Governor
effective June 30, 2011.



Normally, we track each bill until it is signed or vetoed by the Governor.
However, I'm afraid, given our current circumstances, that will not be
possible this year.



It has been my sincere pleasure to assist people with disabilities, their
families, and other concerned parties with this Legislative Report for the
past 7 years.  I hope it helped to navigate the legislative process for
everyone.
