Hi Kathy,

Thank you so much for all the hard work you've done which of course includes
the scholarship committee. What an incredible group of scholarship winners
we have this year. It's so encouraging for the future.

I know I speak for everyone in the entire Pinellas chapter when I say how
much we enjoyed hosting the convention. There was a lot of teamwork
involved which is what it takes to make it a success. If we've made all of
you wonderful people happy then we've done our jobs. We'll be doing it all
over again in two more years and we'll be even more ready and make it even
better. In the meantime we have lot's of work to do.

Thanks,
Jim

Dear Federation Family,

I am sitting here at my computer reflecting on the wonderful state
convention we had in St. Petersburg over the weekend. I had a wonderful time
and learned so much.
Thank you to the Pinellas Chapter for all your hard work. Jim, your
seminars were most informative and I enjoyed both of them.
Debbie and Chuck, that hospitality suite was simply over the top
terrific. I can't even imagine how much planning and hard work went into all
you guys did. It was just great being able to go to the Hospitality Suite,
have a glass of wine, some yummy treats and simply kick back with so many
friends, old and new, that I seldom see or whom I just met. Also, the goody
bags were so nice. The snacks saved me one day when I really didn't have
time to eat.
Let me extend my warmest congratulations to the newly elected
members of the NFBF Board of Directors. It's a good thing to let some of us
step down after so many years of service and bring in new leaders whom I
know will bring a fresh perspective in guiding the NFBF.
I want to commend Dan and Gloria for the hours upon hours that went
into covering the bases on so many fronts. I'm so happy that you too will be
there to educate the new board members and the same is true for Dwight,
Denise and Carlos.
Rest assured that I am not going any where and that I will stand
ready to help the affiliate as best I can.

Sincerely,

Kathy Davis
