Once you get the hang of it, it becomes easier. I have a Victor Reader 
Stream and use Humanware Companion, a program which unzips the file and adds 
it in the appropriate place on the Victor. It is great! Someone would have 
to pay me a lot more than it actually costs for me to get rid of my VR 
Stream.
