Pat, go to your settings, then to general, then you will see several 
choices. Scroll down by using three fingers on your phone face either by 
goinng up or down with them until you see acceries. when you open this you 
will see speech on. tap it either to turn it on, or off. This do it for 
youKirk

I'm using the 3gs, and some how my voice over got turned off.  Can anyone 
tell me how do turn it back on?
