[Nfbf-l] Conklin center for the Blind question: very immediate response is fully requested and fully needed

Well, he has asked similar questions to this here, and other lists, 
in the past, with few results.  He says he is a member, and I don't 
believe he is -- but could be wrong about this.  He has repeatedly 
mis-used various of our lists -- and I am tired of it.
