The closest NFB chapters to where you'll be moving are St. Lucie, Greater Daytona, or Orlando, depending how far you want to travel.  I believe public transit options for that area are limited.  I can check the APTA web site if you need me to confirm this.
The rehabilitation services for the blind fall under Division of Blind Services, 386-254-3800.  The Braille and Talking Book Library is located in Daytona Beach. 386-239-6000 or 1-800-226-6075
