Hi Sherrill,

Just to give everyone some idea of how exciting this is we bought a brand 
new Panasonic 42 inch plasma TV just less than two years ago.  I believe 
based on what I know about the new sets that we will be selling our existing 
set and buying one of the new ones.  I really applaud Panasonic for thaking 
this step.

Please keep in mind that you won't be able to browse the internet with it or 
anything like that.  At this time it is dedicated to accessing basically 
what you would do on your cable set top box with a DVR.

Oh Jim, this is awesome news!! For so long now, NFB has been working to
convince major companies to build accessibility into their products, and of
course Bill Gates really got the ball rolling, and now other companies are
beginning to realize that there's truly a market out here eagerly waiting
for these simple but far-reaching improvements. I'm hoping Panasonic will be
invited to send a speaker to this year's national convention.

Anyway, thanks so much for getting out the good word. And, let's see, our TV
in the bedroom is maybe 25 years old. What a great excuse to replace it. Do
you suppose the Easter Bunny could manage that?
