Sherri and All,

One would think that the space coast would not have drug their feet when it
comes to transportation, but ditto on welcome to Florida where driving and
owning a car is king. Each county should have some type of Transportation
Disadvantaged program for eligible residents who live more than three
quarters of a mile from a fixed route bus stop. Jessica, you might look
into networking with the local Division of Blind Services office or Center
for Independent Living, or the college might have a disabled student
services program. These agencies might assist in your navigation of the
bureaucracy of our fragmented transportation system in Florida.
Good Luck!
Judy
