All,
After Last January anyone leaving the USA has to have a passport card or
for flying a passport book.
The card is cheaper and will due for a cruise where you are not flying
internationally.

Really, we have been told by Cheryl to cruise on the Norwegian Sky,
everyone, regardless of age, needs a passport,
Bill, I know you are involved in the travel field, could you check with
the Norwegian Sky and find out for sure if a passport is required or not?
Thanks,
Holly

for a cruise of this type. There is talk that that will change but as of
now what is required is an origenal birth certifacate and a photo ID (govt.
issued) Holly, you have plenty of time, well over a year to get an ID for
your son.

> Imagine the possibilities on taking an NFBf cruise newbie on their first
time ever cruise! Many of the Greater Daytona Chapter members have never
stepped foot on a cruise ship including my bride or I, never-the-less the
excitement on just going on one intrigues both of us. Since the wife and I
have recently obtained passports (quite costly I must say)for other travel
purposes, many of our chapter members do not have one nor do several of them
have the resources this close to the holidays to be able to afford or
obtain one. My other concern is that when I go to state convention it is usually
to network, exchange information, have camaraderie with affiliate friends
and to seek out new technology that vendors bring to convention, from our
presidents meeting I gathered that the vendors will be left out of 2014
convention cruise.(correct me if I’m wrong)I believe that Tom Bellone has some
valid concerns that should be addressed. So let’s brainstorm to come up
with some amicable solutions to all of the concerns that the affiliate members
may have.
