[Nfbf-l] E Voting is available in Orange County for the Blind

So, how do you sign up for this?
I have been away from Florida for what seems like many million years. But I 
will be back next month and would like to take advantage of this method of 
voting. I am sure this topic was discussed on the list before, but I was not 
paying attention I guess.
