        Seminars at Hadley Presents: An Overview of Deaf-Blindness

        Interested in better understanding the implications involved with having a combined vision-hearing loss? Key topics in this seminar include: information on definitions of deaf-blindness, causes of combined vision-hearing loss and an introduction to the impact of deaf-blindness on development and learning. Also included are general hints to help you interact and learn with persons who are deaf-blind and resources for further in-depth exploration.

        Join Seminars at Hadley as Illinois Project Reach presenters Karen Windy and Carla Beck provide an overview on deaf-blindness.

        This 60-minute seminar will be moderated by Hadley Senior Vice President Dawn Turco. A question and answer session will be included as part of the seminar.
