[Nfbf-l] Reminder about upcoming meeting

Hi. What is the statewide chapter? What ever I know of the NFB
consitution is that the state affiliates and the committees formed
under the affiliate work statewide. By definition a chapter is
restricted within a speicific territory.
Coming to the skype question, you can do anything on skype whatever
you can do on a regular phone. if you are calling a toll free number,
you don't even have to pyaay anything
