Absolutely, Ryan, The Center for the Visually Impaired offers independent
living skills training, orientation and mobility as well as a hoast of
topics relating to adaptive equipment. We offer day time training for three
counties with the central area being Volusia county. The best thing is to
discuss your individual needs with your DBS counselor so he/she can get you
started in the right program for you.

Hello. I don't mean to nit pick, but there are actually three training
centers in Daytona. The third one is the Center For The Visually Impaired.
We offer technology training, job readiness classes and independent living
training. You should talk to your counselor about the three centers.

there are two sensors in Daytona Beach Florida. One is the Conklin center in
the other is the orientation and adjustment center. When I was in the
orientation went and adjustment center, the conference center was a sensor
for people with more than one disability. But, I do have to agree with
Darlene contact your counselor and here she can provide you with a lot of
information.
