[Nfbf-l] cane use

My sister when ever we go out in public has me use my cane and I walk beside her. For example, we went to a store, and I walked beside her with my cane. I do not have a problem using my cane however, the problem is with the sighted. When I'm holding on to someone's arm, that's cool, but when I'm using my cane, it's like "Do you need help?" I've even been called lazy because I will not go for a dog. RJ
