Gloria is at the Transportation Disadvantaged Conference. She wants you all
to know that  this year's winners of the William and Bud Bell Award went to
Joe and Kitty King of our Polk Chapter. Both Joe and Kitty were present to
accept their award, and spoke about their experience getting a fixed-route
busline established in Winter Haven. They mentioned their volunteer work for
their community and for the NFB. Congratulations Joe an Kitty!
