Captioning is available for those who are not able to hear well on the phone
well.  You can listen and speak via the phone and read the conversation all
at once!

For those who cannot speak on the phone, a chat box is available on the
website - sign in and someone will announce your presence.  If you type into
the box, someone will read it out loud so it can be recognize for both
audio/transcription recording.  This chapter is open to ALL who are blind,
including those who are Deaf-Blind.
 
As always etiquette of joining a conference call is to announce yourself so
that your name can be acknowledged in the minutes.  A chat room isalso
available on the right side of the website; sign in and a monitor will
acknowledge your presence, if you are not able to speak on the call.  
 
Refreshable Braille Displays can access this website.  
 
Please remember to say name before you speak!  This will help our
transcribers (captionists) to be able to identify who is speaking as they
type.  
 
Elections will be held this meeting.  To vote, annual membership dues of $10
must be paid before the meeting.  You can mail this to:
