[Nfbf-l] paratransit information for NFBF state convention

I might add, that when you do your reservations with Paratransit here,
always leave an hour or so of time prior to the time the event starts.
So, if you want to get here by 10 A.M., tell them you want to be here
by 9 to allow yourself one hour for any delays, etc.
